यह निजता नीति बताती है कि "खेत नापो (KhetNaapi)" ऐप कौन-सी जानकारी इस्तेमाल करता है, क्यों करता है, और आपकी जानकारी कैसे सुरक्षित रहती है।

1. ऐप क्या है
खेत नापो (KhetNaapi) एक स्वतंत्र और निजी रूप से बनाया गया utility ऐप है। इससे आप GPS और map की मदद से खेत, जमीन और प्लॉट का क्षेत्रफल (बीघा, एकड़, हेक्टेयर आदि में) नाप सकते हैं, नापे हुए खेत save कर सकते हैं और PDF/KML report बनाकर share कर सकते हैं।
2. ऐप कौन-सी जानकारी इस्तेमाल करता है
- Location (जगह की जानकारी): map पर आपकी current जगह दिखाने, GPS से खेत नापने, boundary points जोड़ने और क्षेत्रफल/परिधि निकालने के लिए। Location सिर्फ तब इस्तेमाल होती है जब ऐप खुला हो। ऐप background location नहीं मांगता।
- खेत की जानकारी: खेत का नाम, प्लॉट नंबर (अगर आप भरें), मालिक का नाम, गांव, नोट, boundary points, क्षेत्रफल, परिधि और save करने की तारीख। यह सब आपके phone में ही (local database में) save रहता है।
- Photos: अगर आप gallery से खेत की photo चुनें या PDF/photo नक्शा overlay के लिए file चुनें, तो ऐप सिर्फ आपकी चुनी हुई file इस्तेमाल करता है। ऐप camera इस्तेमाल नहीं करता और camera permission नहीं मांगता।
- Internet: सिर्फ Google Maps के map tiles और satellite view load करने के लिए।
- Export files: PDF, KML, QR या screenshot files सिर्फ तब बनती हैं जब आप खुद export/share का button दबाते हैं।
3. कौन-सी जानकारी ऐप इस्तेमाल नहीं करता
- कोई camera access नहीं
- कोई microphone access नहीं
- कोई contacts, SMS या call log access नहीं
- कोई background location tracking नहीं
4. आपका data कहां रहता है
आपके खेत की सारी जानकारी आपके phone में ही रहती है। ऐप आपका data किसी server पर नहीं भेजता। Android की device backup सुविधा (Google backup) आपके phone की settings के हिसाब से ऐप का data backup कर सकती है — यह आपके Android system के नियंत्रण में है।
5. Data share कब होता है
सिर्फ तब, जब आप खुद share का button दबाते हैं — जैसे WhatsApp पर PDF report भेजना। Share करने के बाद जिस ऐप में data गया (WhatsApp, email आदि), उस पर उसकी अपनी privacy policy लागू होती है। हम आपका data किसी को बेचते नहीं हैं और advertising के लिए इस्तेमाल नहीं करते।
6. Third-party सेवाएं
ऐप Google Maps / Google Play Services का इस्तेमाल map दिखाने के लिए करता है। Google की privacy policy यहां पढ़ें: https://policies.google.com/privacy
7. माप के बारे में जरूरी सूचना
ऐप में दिखाई गई माप GPS और map पर आधारित एक अनुमान (approximation) है और केवल व्यक्तिगत सहायता के लिए है। किसी भी कानूनी काम (खरीद-बिक्री, registry, court आदि) के लिए authorized surveyor से जमीन की माप करवाएं।
8. बच्चों की निजता
यह ऐप बच्चों के लिए नहीं बनाया गया है और जान-बूझकर बच्चों की कोई जानकारी इकट्ठा नहीं करता।
9. Data delete कैसे करें
- ऐप के अंदर saved खेत delete कर सकते हैं
- Phone की Settings → Apps → खेत नापो → Clear data से सारा data मिटा सकते हैं
- ऐप uninstall करने से ऐप का local data phone से हट जाता है
- Export की हुई PDF/KML files आपको उस जगह से खुद delete करनी होंगी जहां आपने भेजी/save की थीं
10. सुरक्षा
ऐप data को phone में सुरक्षित तरीके से रखने के लिए Android की standard सुविधाओं का इस्तेमाल करता है। फिर भी कोई भी digital तरीका 100% सुरक्षित नहीं होता, इसलिए संवेदनशील दस्तावेज़ अनजान ऐप्स से share न करें।
11. नीति में बदलाव
ऐप के features बदलने पर यह नीति update हो सकती है। नई नीति इसी page पर नई तारीख के साथ मिलेगी।

This Privacy Policy explains what information the "Khet Napo (KhetNaapi)" app uses, why it uses it, and how your information stays safe.
1. About the App
Khet Napo (KhetNaapi) is an independent, privately developed utility app. It helps you measure the area of farms, land and plots (in Bigha, Acre, Hectare etc.) using GPS and maps, save measured fields, and export/share PDF/KML reports.
2. Information the App Uses
- Location: to show your current position on the map, measure fields by GPS, add boundary points, and calculate area/perimeter. Location is used only while the app is open. The app does not request background location.
- Field data: field name, plot number (if you enter it), owner name, village, notes, boundary points, area, perimeter and saved date. All of this is stored locally on your phone.
- Photos: if you pick a photo from the gallery or select a PDF/photo map file for overlay measurement, the app uses only the file you select. The app does not use the camera and does not request camera permission.
- Internet: only to load Google Maps tiles and satellite view.
- Export files: PDF, KML, QR or screenshot files are created only when you tap export/share yourself.
3. Information the App Does NOT Use
- No camera access
- No microphone access
- No contacts, SMS or call log access
- No background location tracking
4. Where Your Data Lives
All your field data stays on your phone. The app does not send your data to any server. Android's device backup (Google backup) may back up app data according to your phone's own settings, which is controlled by your Android system.
5. When Data Is Shared
Only when you tap share yourself — for example sending a PDF report on WhatsApp. After sharing, the receiving app's own privacy policy applies. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
6. Third-Party Services
The app uses Google Maps / Google Play Services to display maps. Read Google's privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
7. Measurement Disclaimer
Measurements shown in the app are GPS and map based approximations, intended for personal assistance only. For any legal purpose (sale, registry, court etc.), please get your land measured by an authorized surveyor.
8. Children's Privacy
This app is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect any information from children.
9. How to Delete Your Data
- Delete saved fields inside the app
- Phone Settings → Apps → Khet Napo → Clear data removes all app data
- Uninstalling the app removes its local data from your phone
- Exported PDF/KML files must be deleted by you from wherever you saved/sent them
10. Security
The app uses standard Android features to keep data safe on your phone. However, no digital method is 100% secure, so avoid sharing sensitive documents with unknown apps.
11. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when app features change. The updated policy will be available on this same page with a new date.
